We presented our Presented our UN/CEFACT engagement strategy to the MoU MG meeting yesterday.
The objective of the MoU is to encourage interoperability by:
- Recognizing the risk of divergent or conflicting approaches to standardization
- Avoiding duplication of efforts and, therefore, confusion amongst users
- Ensuring intersectoral coherence

The Members of this organization include UN/EFACT, ISO, IEC, ITU, OAGi, OASIS, GS1, Swift, and others. We presented that will adopt the following UN/CEFACT Technical Specifications:
- Core Components Technical Specification (CCTS) Version 3.0
- Data Type Catalog Version 3.0
- Naming and Design Rules (NDR) Version 3.0
OAGI will also use the CCL to the extent that it meets the requirements of OAGIS Release 10.
